A-Line Staffing is now hiring Quality Control Inspector in Sparks, MD.
The Quality Control Inspector would be working for a Fortune 500 medical device manufacturer and has career growth potential. This is a full-time, 40+ hours per week position.

Quality Control Inspector Compensation

• The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Quality Control Inspector Highlights

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (split shift)

• Training Schedule (first 2 weeks): 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (negotiable)

• Temp to Perm opportunity based on performance, attendance, and business needs

• Weekly pay, direct deposit available

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections

• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and test procedures

• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures

• Work collaboratively with other departments and team members

Quality Control Inspector Requirements

• At least 1 year of quality inspection experience or equivalent training

• Experience using measuring tools and understanding of basic metrology

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents

• Proficiency with fractions, decimals, and percentages

• Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems

• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days

Quality Control Inspector Qualifications

• Experience with Smart Scope or CMM

• Working knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 sampling standards
