Duration: 6+ Months Contract

We're seeking a manual tester with experience specifically in the CURRENT State of Colorado Trails (CDHS) application, focusing on the Child Welfare (CW) functionality. Trails is a specialized application used by the State of Colorado.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute test plans to ensure all objectives are met.
  2. Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
  3. Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
  4. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to meet QA standards.
  5. Compile and analyze statistical data.
  6. Ensure user expectations are met during testing.
  7. Draft QA policies and procedures.
  8. Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
  9. Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulations.
