Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. in Harleysville, PA is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure that installation work meets specifications through inspections, testing, and compliance monitoring.

You will document findings, report issues, and collaborate with field teams to implement improvements, with on-site inspections during installation and final checks requested by customers. A minimum of one year of relevant experience and an associates degree or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

One year of relevant work experience.
Associates Degree or related field or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of telecom construction industry standard practices.
Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation

Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specs.
Perform final inspections as requested by customers for construction standards compliance.
Identify issues and report to team members for resolution.
Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours duties as needed.
