Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician in Gordonsville, VA to ensure installations meet plans and standards.

You will conduct inspections, run tests, and monitor compliance across projects, reporting findings and helping implement improvements for high-quality outcomes. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant field experience, a valid US work authorization, and an associates degree or related experience.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience in field inspection or quality control.
• Authorization to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to verify plans and specs.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers.
• Identify issues and report to team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document the results.
• Support project activities and meet installation milestones.
• Work overtime, travel, and after-hours as needed.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
