Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installation work, conduct tests, and monitor compliance on projects.

You will address issues, document findings, and collaborate with crew to implement improvements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to standards across sites. This role requires ability to travel, work overtime, and operate in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of telecom construction industry practices.
• Knowledge of customer installation standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document the results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
