Lambert's Cable is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installations, conduct tests, and monitor compliance on project sites in Virginia. You will document findings and collaborate with teams to drive improvements and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong knowledge of telecom construction standards, and the ability to travel and work in field conditions. This position is hourly and field-based.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• One year of relevant work experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications construction industry standard practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans and specs are met.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers for compliance.
• Identify issues and report to the team for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
