Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to ensure construction or installation work meets standards by performing inspections, tests, and monitoring compliance on projects.

You will address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high‑quality outcomes. A valid US driver’s license and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Associates Degree or equivalent in an industry-related field or comparable experience.
• Knowledge of telecom construction industry standard practices and Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers for construction standards.
• Identify issues and report to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Support project activities and installation milestones as directed by management.
• Overtime, travel, and after-hours duties may be required, in all weather conditions.
