Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering; or 7 years in quality/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience applying quality engineering principles to production environments.
• Familiarity with PDCA, 5 Whys, 8D and A3 problem-solving tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coordinate, and implement quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost
• Respond to line calls with immediate corrective action using PDCA, 5 Whys, 8D and A3 tools
• Develop long-range corrective measures through root-cause analysis aligned with company objectives
• Provide accurate and timely data to management regarding quality concerns
• Design and implement control plan/inspection routings
