Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Data Entry Clerk to join their California client team on a temp-to-hire basis. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and maintaining accurate QC records, with a pay range of $20-$21 per hour.

The position requires attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to follow defined work instructions and reporting procedures to the QC Manager.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality control procedures.
• Effective communication skills for reporting to the QC Manager.
• Experience in quality control or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively ensuring the quality of incoming products.
• Identifying and segregating nonconforming product.
• Promptly reporting to the QC Manager on the quality of product inspected.
• Other assignments as requested by Supervisor.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and Internet applications.
• Review QC priority list.
• Review IQC report for the sample lot batch size and exact P.O. number of the product.
• Inspect and test product according to work instructions for specific part number.
• If products are found to be defective, tag the product with a rejected tag and indicate the reason for rejection, P.O. number, part number, date, and inspector name.
• Record the test results and provide them to the QC Manager.
