Job summary

GH Logistics seeks a Quality Control specialist in San Antonio to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, billing, and operational metrics. You will audit large datasets, run validation checkpoints on each load, and drive timely, error-free reporting.

You must be highly analytical with advanced Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and experience with billing or accounts payable tasks. On-site Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM in our San Antonio facility.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Detail-oriented administrative background with records and deadlines.
• Billing, invoicing or accounts payable-adjacent experience.
• On-site in San Antonio, Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run a multi-point validation checklist on every assigned load before clearance.
• Create and submit carrier bills in Triumph accurately and promptly.
• Verify PODs, BOLs, and carrier invoices against the load record in TMS.
• Chase and close out missing pickup/delivery times.
• Maintain the validation tracker for reliable operation reporting.
• Daily sweeps on pending docs until all items are closed.
• Flag discrepancies to QC Lead for resolution.
• Support equipment lease docs and warranty repair claims.
• Re‑verify entire load when a missing document arrives.
