Job summary

GH Logistics is seeking an experienced Accounting Lead to own complex accounting projects and reconcile high-volume financial data. This hands-on role requires digging into data, investigating discrepancies, and delivering clear, accurate results.

You will support AP/AR and reconcile large datasets, while developing expertise in transportation-specific pay terms and cycles. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile carrier settlement activity.
• Verify payments and identify payment discrepancies.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Reconcile large and complex financial datasets.
• Research historical transactions to determine what was paid, what is owed, and where discrepancies occurred.
• Own assigned back-month reconciliation projects.
• Work directly with transportation-specific payment terms and carrier pay cycles.
• Assist with accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
• Bring ERP knowledge to support future system development and implementation.

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Lead who can take ownership of complex accounting projects, reconcile high-volume financial data, and turn unclear discrepancies into clear, accurate answers.This is a hands-on accounting role. We are not looking for someone who only wants to manage a team or review reports.
