Job summary

GH Logistics is seeking an Accounting Lead to own complex accounting projects and reconcile high-volume financial data. This hands-on role requires working directly with data, investigating discrepancies, and delivering clear, accurate results.

You will manage carrier settlements, verify payments, support AP/AR, and reconcile large datasets within a fast-paced transportation environment. This role offers growth toward higher finance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting experience with end-to-end processes.
• Proven AP/AR experience and high-volume data handling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex datasets.
• ERP experience including implementation or setup is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and reconcile carrier settlement activity end-to-end.
• Verify payments and identify discrepancies across large datasets.
• Support AP and AR functions and related reconciliations.
• Research historical transactions to determine payments and owed amounts.

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Lead who can take ownership of complex accounting projects, reconcile high-volume financial data, and turn unclear discrepancies into clear, accurate answers.This is a hands-on accounting role. We are not looking for someone who only wants to manage a team or review reports.
