Job summary

CSG seeks a Quality Control Auditor for the Day Shift in Omaha, NE. The role conducts audits of business and technical processes to ensure policy compliance, evaluates production processes for efficiency, and analyzes expenses against budgets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong English communication are essential.

Starting pay is $21.00+ per hour with a bonus opportunity. This is a full-time, on-site position with a climate-controlled environment and benefits including

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) depending on business needs.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills to foster continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Physically capable to stand/walk ~95% of shift and lift 25–50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of business and technical processes.
• Prior quality control or auditing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.

We are looking for a Quality Control Auditor -Day Shift who will:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of business and technical processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Evaluate production processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze expenses and related documentation for accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other office applications to document audit findings, create reports and manage data.
• Perform through researching to gather information and support audit conclusions.
• Prepare clear, concise and accurate report writings on audit results including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Present results reporting to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key findings and potential risks
• Collaborate with various departments to understand existing processes and implement quality control measures.

• Are dependable and are open to working flexible 40 hr. per week work schedule typically 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. However, this work schedule may vary depending upon business needs.
• Possess the ability to engage in positive, constructive conversations that foster collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvements
• Are proficient utilizing a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, (Word, Outlook, Power Point and specifically Excel.)
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Are comfortable working independently and as a part of a team.
• Have a strong understanding of business and technical processes.
• Have previous quality control or auditing experience is a plus!
• Are proficient in English in a business environment.

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$20.19-$32.31

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
