Job summary

Relevance Ventures seeks a Quality Control Associate Level 1 to ensure product quality through rigorous adherence to SOPs, GMP, and SSOPs in a refrigerated production environment. The role supports lab testing and provides accurate documentation for in-process and finished goods.

The candidate should have basic computer skills, read and follow English instructions, and be capable of working various shifts including overtime as needed in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to lab testing and quality inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks according to SOP, SSOP, and GMP for the production center.
• Perform basic food safety practices and maintain internal customer service standards.
• Support lab activities and product testing across departments.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pH meter, luminometer) safely.
• Oversee inspections and audits, analyze measurements, and monitor production processes.
• Document in-process and finished product information accurately and promptly.
• Complete required trainings on time and comply with safety standards.
