Bilingual Human Resource Generalist @ Quality Refrigerated Services | Employee Engagement, Onboarding
Responsibilities
- In process product testing required by government agencies, customers, auditors, and/or facility requirements.
- Final product testing and/or outside lab preparation as required by government agencies, customers, auditors, and/or facility requirements.
- Completes daily of all CCP’s, SSOP’s, SOP’s, GMP’s, and any other applicable program monitoring. Verification will be a combination of records review and direct observation.
Equipment
- After required training general employees may be required to complete some or all of the following tasks daily or when needed: metal detectors, knife use, 2-way radios, thermometers, fat testing equipment, and electric conveyors.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to verbally understand and execute work instructions.
- The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Specific visual abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- The work environment is typical for the shift and may include exposures to temperatures between 38 to 28 degrees depending on assignment.
- Exposures to wet floors, damp areas, and meat byproducts (blood, fat) during the shift.
Safety
- The employee is required to follow all safety rules in place at the time of employment and is encouraged to inform management of any perceived safety deficiencies.
