Job summary

HJSRLLC is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Associate for our Coppell, TX warehouse. You will monitor, inspect, and document inbound/outbound shipments, inventory kitting, and data entries to ensure customer specs and regulatory standards are met.

Initially based in Coppell with a relocation to Fort Worth later this year, the role involves hands-on work in receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and inventory control, supporting high service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related warehouse or quality control experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound/outbound shipments, kitting, and system records for compliance with client specs and SLAs.
• Receive, stock, select, and ship customer-owned materials, including specialized handling for serialized electronics.
• Perform cycle counts, system transactions, and inventory management in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Handle LTL shipping tasks and use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Safely operate warehouse machinery, including electric Reach Trucks, Stand-up Counterbalance forklifts, and Order Pickers.
• Flexibly assist with general warehouse duties (receiving, picking, packing) based on daily demand.

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Quality Control Associates to join our team. In this role, you will monitor, inspect, and document warehouse and transport operations to ensure all inbound and outbound shipments, inventory kitting, and systematic data entries strictly comply with customer specifications and regulatory standards.

Location: 306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019

(Note: Position will transition to 15301 Northlink Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131 later this year)

Start Date: October 1, 2026

This is a hands-on, warehouse-based position (not strictly a desk job). As part of an "all-hands-on-deck" team culture, you will also directly support core warehouse functions—including receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and inventory management to ensure customer service levels are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Inspect inbound/outbound shipments, kitting, and system records to ensure full compliance with client specs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Material Handling & Processing: Receive, stock, select, and ship customer-owned materials, including specialized handling for serialized electronics.
• Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, system transactions, and inventory management within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Shipping Logistics: Handle LTL shipping tasks and utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including electric Reach Trucks, Stand-up Counterbalance forklifts, and Order Pickers.
• Cross-Functional Support: Flexibly assist with general warehouse duties (receiving, picking, packing) based on daily operational demand.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related warehouse or quality control experience (3+ years preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of warehouse storage/handling techniques and safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience operating specialized electric equipment (Reach Trucks, Counterbalance Stand-ups, Order Pickers). Forklift Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexibly across various physical warehouse tasks beyond inspection duties.

• Upcoming Location: 15301 Northlink Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131
• Candidates must be willing and able to transition to the Fort Worth facility when operations relocate later this year.
