Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour | Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5 PM

Quality Control Assistant Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, clerical, quality control, or manufacturing support experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to organize, maintain, and manage quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and following established procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or office environment.
• Experience supporting quality assurance, quality control, audits, or compliance documentation is preferred.
• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
