Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in related role preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews contracts to ensure customer requirements match internal documentation.
  • Generates and reviews certifications prior to release to customer.
  • Performs 6S, quality, and production process audits.
  • Maintains part master, process master, and process plans.
  • Manages quality logs and coordinates quality issues to closure.
  • Initiates and maintains improvement efforts, KPIs and safety programs.
  • Maintains records of KPI related to route cards and certifications.
  • Assists in troubleshooting quality and operational issues.
  • Reviews specifications and route card changes as required.
  • Performs internal calibrations and periodic tests to ensure specification compliance.

Job description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-orientedQuality Administratorto join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in quality, manufacturing, operations, or administration.

Previous quality experience is not required. We are willing to train the right personwho demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

salary: $41,600 - $45,760 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Performs contract review through the comparison of customer requirements to internal documentation.
  • Generate & review certifications prior to release to customer.
  • Performs audits of 6S, quality and production processes.
  • Generate and maintain part master, process master, process plans
  • Manage Quality logs and coordinate quality issues to closure in timely manner
  • Initiates and maintains improvement efforts. This may include key performance indicators, six-sigma efforts, and safety programs.
  • Maintains records of Production Planning and Quality key performance indicators related to Route Card and certification generation.
  • Assists in the troubleshooting of quality and operational issues.
  • Assists in the review of specification, procedural and route card changes as required.
  • Performs internal calibrations and periodic tests to ensure specification compliance.
