Job summary

MOO, a design-led print and branded merchandise company, is seeking a Quality Control I to safeguard production quality. You will collect production data, administer rework and containment, and conduct audits to ensure every product meets our high standards.

You will collaborate with production teams, analyze quality trends in Excel, and clearly communicate findings to prevent issues before they reach customers, supporting ongoing continuous improvement as we scale and introduce new products

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data-driven approach to identify and solve issues.
• Proactive and meticulous with attention to detail.
• Able to coach others on quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming material inspections to ensure raw materials meet specifications.
• Perform regular process audits on the production floor to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Administer containment and rework actions for non-conforming products.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and raise production risks to leadership.
• Provide quality support for rush requests and specialized orders requiring extra checks.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and charting to define quality trends; use Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
• Communicate audit findings and coaching points clearly across teams.
