You will perform first article, in-process, and final inspections, document results, and support quality-control processes. Strong attention to detail, basic math, and familiarity with measuring tools are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; technical certificate is preferred.
• 1+ year of quality inspection experience in a mid-to-heavy manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators.
• Ability to perform basic math and accurately record measurements.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, with clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in-process, and finished product inspections.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet order specifications.
• Identify, tag, and isolate non-conforming parts.
• Complete non-conformance reports and document quality results.
• Perform measurement studies such as gage R&R and capability studies.
• Record test data and evaluate deviations from specifications.
• Review raw materials and product specifications for accuracy.
• Assist with work instructions and other quality-control processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
