Value Windows & Doors in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support QA activities, maintain inspection records, and ensure regulatory compliance across documentation. The role reports to the Quality Control Manager and collaborates with R&D, Customer Service, and Manufacturing Operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in manufacturing QA, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, and AI reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting QA and documentation in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to organize quality records and traceability documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel; familiarity with AI tools for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain quality-control records and reference documentation, including inspection standards and test requests.
• Investigate nonconformities and track corrective actions through closure.
• Compile data into reports, summaries, and management-review documentation.
• Use AI tools to assist with reporting while ensuring accuracy of output.
• Maintain calibration records and regulatory documentation with traceability.
• Pull data from systems and translate technical material between English and Chinese.
• Coordinate QC-R&D and monthly quality review meetings and follow-up items.
