Job summary

Surestaff is actively seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager for an aerospace client in Arlington, TX. You will lead quality initiatives, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring production documentation, inspecting materials, testing processes, and resolving quality issues while guiding corrective actions and data-driven improvements. Shift: 1st, 6am-4pm; on-site role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years quality leadership in machining, fabrication, or aerospace.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001, capable of running audits and corrective actions
• Blueprint and GD&T reading, FAI/FAIR and first article documentation
• Experience managing inspectors and customer quality escapes

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production related issues.
• Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager for a Aerospace company in Arlington,TX.

Job Summary

A successful Quality Control Manager should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

Work Schedule

Available shifts include 1st 6am-4pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
