Job summary

HealthBay in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Quality Manager to own and advance our quality program across operations, projects, and vendors. You will assess current processes, identify gaps, and build practical, lasting improvements that teams will actually follow.

You will lead root-cause analyses, develop corrective actions, monitor KPIs, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to drive consistent, measurable performance improvements and better customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management, QA, operations, or related field.
• Experience leading quality or continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of quality-management principles and corrective-action processes.
• Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance, trends, risks, and areas needing attention.
• Establish and track quality objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure teams understand and follow quality requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Develop practical solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams to implement improvements and sustain changes.
• Monitor compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality reviews, assessments, and internal audits.
• Prepare clear dashboards and reports for leadership.
