Job summary

HealthBay in Seattle, WA is seeking a Quality Manager to own and improve quality initiatives across departments, elevating consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes. You will act as a trusted resource to leadership, identifying risks, investigating issues, and developing sustainable improvements.

You will lead audits, establish KPIs, and collaborate with operations, technology, and business teams to implement impactful solutions that endure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading quality or continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of QM principles and corrective-action processes.
• Experience analyzing performance data and trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practical quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance, identify risks, and track KPIs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Coordinate audits, compliance, and documentation.
• Analyze quality data and prepare leadership reports.
• Partner across departments to implement sustained improvements.
• Monitor vendor and partner quality and collaborate on standards.
