Job summary

Columbus McKinnon is seeking a Quality Manager in Menomonee Falls to lead the quality organization for the plant. You will drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement within ISO 9001 and the CMCO Lean framework, while managing Quality and Test Engineers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality/inspection, with Lean/Six Sigma experience and ASQ certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an inspection/quality environment.
• 2+ years in Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• American Society for Quality Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain the Quality Improvement Plan for Menomonee Falls Operations.
• Measure delivered quality and warranty performance and ensure proper actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence.
• Analyze current products and processes and implement actions to prevent non-conformance; recommend changes to eliminate waste.
• Accountable for meeting or exceeding business targets; lead ISO 9001 system maintenance and CMCO Lean activities.
• Lead the quality department and supervise/develop Quality Engineers and Test Engineers.
