Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four year College or University Degree or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience preferably in the automotive industry.
• Ability to solve complex problems and exercise judgement.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal and development skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Establishes quality objectives and drives process improvements.
• Monitors metrics and maintains quality reporting systems.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures awareness of issues.
• Implements corrective actions and ensures compliance with specifications.
• Oversees changes to systems and standards as per policy.
• Ensures calibration of measuring/testing equipment.
• Directs overtime to support production activities.
• Participates in training and supports continuous improvement.
