Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, supervise staff, and ensure timely corrective actions while maintaining adherence to IATF and safety requirements. Travel may be required to support manufacturing facilities and customer locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze information and solve complex problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality objectives and drive process improvement.
• Monitor metrics and maintain quality reporting systems.
