Job summary

American Packaging Corporation (APC) seeks a Quality & Validation Leader to transform Voice of the Customer into actionable improvements and oversee the IBMS, ISO certifications, and audit programs. You will drive corrective actions, lead KPI reporting, and champion Six-Sigma methodologies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics, or engineering and two years related experience; ASQ certification is a plus.
• Experience in quality systems and auditing across manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, FSSC and related standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer complaint program, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and communicate with customers.
• Monitor quality data, generate dashboards, and report trends for management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean six sigma and seven basic quality tools; supervise audits.
• Develop and update manuals, standards, and procedures; support IBMS and validation activities.
