Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; associate degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with certifications, quality records, or controlled documentation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize quality certifications and supporting docs.
• Scan, upload, and attach docs to routers, work orders, lots, and shipments in ERP.
• Verify certificates, heat treatment, test reports, and inspections match products.
• Retrieve and maintain process certifications and quality records.
• Maintain electronic document records per procedures and retention rules.
• Prepare and distribute certification packages for customer shipments.
• Identify missing or incorrect docs and coordinate resolutions.
• Support audits by locating and providing quality documentation.
• Adhere to company quality and safety commitments.
• Maintain regular attendance per shift requirements.
