Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Quality Certification Clerk in the United States to collect, review, scan, index, and upload quality certifications and related documents into ERP and document management systems.

You will ensure certifications are matched to routers, work orders, lots, and shipments, maintain electronic records, and support customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. The role supports audits, coordinates with Quality, Production, and Purchasing to resolve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience handling certifications and quality records preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize quality certifications and supporting documentation.
• Scan, upload, and attach certifications to routers, work orders, lot numbers, and shipments in ERP.
• Verify materials certifications, heat treatment records, test reports, and inspection docs are complete and matched to products.
• Retrieve and maintain process certifications and supporting quality records as required.
• Maintain electronic document records per company procedures and retention requirements.
• Assist in preparing certification packages for customer shipments.
• Identify missing or inaccurate documentation and coordinate resolution with Quality, Production, Purchasing, or other departments.
• Support internal and external audits by locating and providing quality documentation.
