Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Administrator to serve as the facility’s subject matter expert on compliance and accreditation.

You will develop assessment instruments, generate management reports, and drive process improvements while communicating rules and guidelines across the facility. You will coordinate audits, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment with client and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Experience aligning operations with internal, client, and third-party policies.
• Proven ability to work independently and travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Review facility operations to identify compliance issues and coordinate responses.
• Develop instruments to measure departmental compliance.
• Meet with managers to ensure area compliance and strategize improvements when needed.
• Interpret and apply compliance and accreditation criteria for the organization and clients.
• Maintain policies and procedures to meet regulatory guidelines.
• Lead or assist in audits and regular reviews and report findings.
