Job summary

Ajin Georgia is seeking a Quality Control professional to maintain and improve the quality management system in line with ISO/TS 16949 and customer specifications. Based in Statesboro / Register Georgia, the role requires an engineering degree and 5+ years of related experience.

The position oversees internal and external audits, supervises the department staff, and leads quality innovation and corrective actions for customer claims, including interactions with Hyundai and Kia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering with 5+ years related experience.
• ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor certification required.
• 5+ years of process improvement experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality management system per ISO/TS 16949 and customer specs.
• Conduct internal audits and manage 2nd/3rd party audits.
• Supervise department team members and manage financial information.
• Lead quality improvement activities and develop annual plans.
• Develop corrective actions for customer claims and monitor issues.
• Communicate with Hyundai and Kia customers.
