Job summary

Ajin Georgia is seeking an Entry-Level Quality Control professional to join our Statesboro, GA operations. You will validate customer quality issues, prepare corrective actions, and investigate root causes to improve product reliability.

You will perform periodic inspections, maintain documentation, calibrate measuring instruments, and support supplier and internal audits in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Three years of process improvement experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CAD.
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform multi-tasks.

Responsibilities

• Validates customer quality issues and assigns corrective responsibility.
• Prepares corrective actions on quality issues.
• Investigates root causes of in-process or customer concerns.
• Maintains status of daily customer issues.
• Performs periodic inspections according to schedule and applies proper inspection techniques.
• Oversees destruct reporting and results status.
• Trains quality inspectors according to annual training plan.
• Conducts quality audits or conferences as scheduled.
• Communicates effectively with team members for customer satisfaction.
• Maintains documentation as outlined in procedures.
• Calibrates measuring instruments and ensures accuracy.
• Develops MSA (Measurement System Analysis).
• Maintains ISO/TS 16949 compliance and customer requirements.
• Supports supplier audits and PPAP follow-up.
• Performs SPC based on control plan or annual schedule.
