Crane Instrumentation & Sampling PFT Corp. in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System, drive improvements, and coach teams to resolve quality issues across the business.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and 5+ years in quality management, with ISO/AS standards, lean methods, and quality software/tools. Equal opportunity employer with strong development focus.

Formación

• Must have 5+ years in a quality management role with ISO 9001 & AS9100 experience.
• Must lead site-level quality improvement projects & cross-functional teams.
• Experience with quality management software (IndySoft, MS tools) and lean/process-control implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, maintain, and improve the QMS to ISO 9001:2015.
• Develop and maintain Crane Quality Strategy including IATF 16949 elements as applicable.
• Perform Return Materials Analysis & Non-Conforming Material Analysis.
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the facility.
