Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Greer, SC seeks a Quality Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, lead audits and drive continuous improvement. You will work with site teams, interface with customers, manage QMS documentation, and support safety and KPI initiatives across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical writing skills, with travel within the area for audits and implementations of quality systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of LEAN practices and ISO/IATF/AS standards.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and customers.
• Experience leading and training teams in quality operations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to understand quality needs and align on expectations.
• Lead internal audits and manage schedules across sites.
• Support corrective action investigations and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and KPI reviews.
• Create and maintain core quality system documentation and work instructions.
• Prepare and chair Health & Safety Committee meetings and review policies.
• Communicate audit results to site and company management.
