Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Control experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in manufacturing with team leadership.
• 1–2 years managing a team.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; able to read measurements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality program and QC staff in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop standards and procedures for inspection, testing, and QA objectives.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain production and quality records for evaluation and traceability.
• Lead external facility audits to ensure compliance with third‑party standards.
• Coach QC technicians and promote a safe, productive work environment.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure only products meeting KRW quality standards leave the plant.
