ITW StampTech Fasteners is seeking a Quality Manager in Gallatin, TN to oversee the quality and failure analysis functions in a manufacturing setting. You will drive world-class quality and cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with IATF-16949 and ISO standards.

You will lead QA strategy, audits, and continuous improvement, partnering with plant leadership to assure reliability and customer satisfaction in the North American automotive market.

Competenze

• Min 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes and automotive industry (Tier 1/2 preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Automotive OEM quality standards, systems, and processes.
• Experience leading the APQP process to a successful conclusion.
• Working knowledge of ISO-9001 / IATF-16949 requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• CQE or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Drive sustainable quality improvements down to the floor level in the conversion process to reduce waste.
• Champion corrective actions and read-across projects to prevent repeats.
• Serve as liaison between Automotive OEMs/Tiers and the organization.
• Support strategy development and translate vision into tactical quality initiatives.
• Maintain quality objectives and coordinate with production to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
• Lead use of quality tools (8D, 5-Why, FMEA, APQP, Ishikawa).
• Ensure compliance with IATF-16949 and related ISO standards.
• Review manuals, procedures, and overall plant quality system for compliance.
• Identify, develop, and promote talent; foster diversity and inclusion.
• Engage in safety and environmental initiatives.
