Job summary

State of Colorado is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor/Program Evaluation Work Lead within the Civil and Forensic Mental Health Services division. The role focuses on credentialing, payer enrollment oversight, and data-driven quality improvements across divisions.

You will present findings to CFH leadership and collaborate on program benchmarks, policies, and compliance with federal/state requirements.

Qualifications

• For this role, candidates must have demonstrated quality assurance and program evaluation experience.
• Experience leading audits, data analysis, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of NCQA credentialing standards and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OSDV Credentialing Committee and align with NCQA standards.
• Oversee payer enrollment workflows and compliance for OSDV.
• Conduct quality audits, evaluations, and data analyses with leadership presentations.
• Provide input on performance plans and coach staff across 20 FTE.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and compliance tracking.
