Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience working in a clinical setting, including substance use, mental health, and/or an offense specific treatment program.
• A combination of related education and relevant experience equal to seven (7) years; transcripts must be attached for education-based qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Specialized Treatment Program Evaluation and Performance Feedback: lead fieldwork, collect data, complete feedback sessions and reports, coordinate evaluation tools and materials.
• Program Quality Assessment and Performance Feedback: conduct field work, data analysis, and draft formal feedback reports for quality assurance.
• Follow Up Technical Assistance, Feedback, Mentoring and Implementation Support: provide mentoring, address programmatic issues, identify challenges and travel to deliver training.
• Interagency Collaboration and Strategic Problem Solving: facilitate multi-level problem solving, collaborate with multiple agencies, and represent OCC in stakeholder forums.
