YAI is hiring a Compliance & Quality Assurance professional in New York. You will conduct annual risk assessments, support on-site audits, and help leadership mitigate quality and compliance risks while ensuring person-centered services in a regulated setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong ethics, communication, and travel ability. Master’s degree is preferred. Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation $70,000 annual.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, compliance or related field with three years of experience in oversight and support.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment and passion for the organization’s mission.
• Ability to travel regularly to locations associated with assigned settings.

Aufgaben

• Completes formal internal reviews and risk assessments for affiliates at least annually and provides feedback.
• Provides on-site support during external audits and surveys.
• Supports leadership with identifying and mitigating quality and compliance risks.
• Participates in planning meetings for new sites to ensure regulatory adherence and person-centered care.
• Acts as liaison between leadership and external agency staff, as needed.
• Maintains incident investigations, writes reports, and tracks trends for compliance.
