Apploi seeks a bright, analytical QA professional to join our Quality Assurance team in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on researching regulations, auditing processes, and ensuring programs meet quality standards.

You'll review documentation, conduct internal audits for services to individuals with disabilities, and prepare findings with actionable improvements. Travel within NYC/Nassau possible; valid driver license required.

Formación

• Auditing, compliance, quality assurance, investigative, or related experience preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and/or Excel spreadsheets strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research and analyze government regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct internal audits of agency departments that provide services to individuals with psychiatric or developmental disabilities.
• Review documentation and practices to assess compliance with applicable regulations and agency standards.
• Conduct investigations related to matters referred to the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs.
• Prepare clear and thorough findings and assist with identifying areas for improvement.
