Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, compliance or a related field and three (3) years of experience in providing services, oversight, and support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Unquestionable ethics and integrity with objectivity and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage time effectively and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Completes formal internal reviews and specialized risk assessments for YAI Network’s affiliate agencies and programs at least annually.
• Provides on-site support during external audits and surveys.
• Identifies and mitigates quality and compliance risks and opportunities for training and staff development.
• Participates in planning meetings for new sites and programs from a person-centered, quality perspective.
• Acts as liaison between leadership and external agency staff; develops Plans of Corrective Action and follows up for implementation.
• Writes investigative reports for incidents and sensitive situations; submits to Incident Review Committee.
• Maintains a tracking system for incidents and analyzes data for trends in classifications and substantiated incidents.
• Participates in agencywide committees and may chair as requested; may perform billing or other audits.
• Travels regularly to locations associated with assigned settings.
