Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is hiring a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to support licensing and state reporting compliance, data reviews, and outcomes monitoring. You will work with multiple departments to ensure consistent documentation and policy adherence, promoting safe and compliant care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with clients with developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word and Outlook.
• Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting insurer requirements.
• Be clear of any felony convictions or disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background screening as required by Damar.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates visual data via video observation to determine compliance with standards and Damar policies.
• Ensure violation notifications are communicated and documented.
• Monitor staff compliance with the R.E.A.L. principles and unit ratios.
• Provide safety, security, and surveillance duties through vigilant monitoring.
• Review and collate information entered into electronic health records regarding incidents.
• Support program staff to ensure incident information is entered accurately.
• Track ESI completions and morning ESI reports.
• Assist CPS notifications and track CPS in incident documentation.
• Update information on incident reports and CPS notifications when discovered.
• Draft and verify accuracy of incident reports.
