Job summary

Damar Services, LLC seeks a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to support compliance, quality, fidelity, and outcomes through visual data review aligned with Damar policy. The role collaborates with all departments to ensure licensing and state reporting compliance and to promote clear communication around incidents.

Responsibilities include monitoring incidents, ensuring accurate entries in the EHR, and supporting program staff in documenting client incidents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with clients with developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word and Outlook.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting insurer requirements.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate visual data via video observation to ensure compliance with standards and Damar policies.
• Document and communicate violation notifications.
• Monitor staff compliance with R.E.A.L. principles and unit ratios.
• Provide safety, security, and surveillance duties through vigilant monitoring.
• Review and update incident documentation in the electronic health record.
