Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Quality Specialist - Compliance Analyst to ensure products meet Nestlé standards and comply with quality and food safety regulations across the Factory Compliance Network. You will lead the network, drive audit calendars, and improve compliance systems while developing competency in processes and tools.

The role emphasizes training, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, with travel (<10%) and strong emphasis on Nestlé policies and standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Internal Auditor Certification to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or FSSC/ISO 22000.
• Experience in compliance management across Quality, SH&E, HR, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and application of the Compliance Network Management Routines for the Factory.
• Lead the Compliance Network at the Factory and drive improvements in audit management, non-conformance, and document control.
• Train Internal Auditors and assess auditor and program performance.
• Frontline support for operations and continuous improvement on the factory floor.
