Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the Analytical Laboratory team, overseeing testing and release of raw materials, bulk, finished products, and third‑party products. You will drive compliance with cGMP, GLP, FDA, ISO 17025, and Nestlé QMS while mentoring laboratory staff and shaping a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years in laboratory/quality control with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with GMP/GLP and regulatory compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytical Laboratory team and supervise testing/ release of materials and products.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, FDA, ISO 17025 and Nestlé QMS standards.
• Review results, authorize dispositions, and support investigations of OOS results.
• Coach analysts and drive continuous improvement in lab efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, and R&D teams.
