Job summary

Nestlé Purina Hartwell plant is seeking a Quality Specialist to support the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of the Quality Systems. You will assist in documentation, audits, and the Net Contents program, while developing and enhancing new quality systems for the Hartwell site to ensure the highest level of compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in quality control or auditing in a manufacturing setting, with a two-year Biology/Chemistry background preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of quality systems and auditing experience.
• Experience in food safety and quality documentation control.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, audit, and maintain Quality Systems on site (QMS, document control, change control).
• Coordinate the Job Aid development including SOPs.
• Develop and maintain internal and external quality auditing systems.
• Prepare for and manage factory internal audits and scheduling.
• Ensure quality documents are up to date and manage change control.
• Data management and reporting for Quality Data Collection System (QIR).
