Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Eastford, CT seeks a Quality Clinic Lead to manage customer complaints, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions within our lean manufacturing framework.

Responsibilities include leading DIVE and MRB activities, maintaining CAR/NMR processes, training staff, and communicating issues to leadership. Requires 3 years quality/manufacturing, 1 year inspection, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years quality/manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of inspection experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Ability to operate under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process all customer returned product.
• Manage customer escapes and complaints.
• Acquire access to customer portals and manage non-conformances.
• Lead DIVE activities for root cause and corrective actions.
• Lead MRB activities for top scrap and corrective actions.
• Manage internal CAR log, process, and train users.
• Train new inspectors on quality clinic modules.
• Communicate customer escape activity to management.
• Drive quality into unit flow lines and inspections.
• Submit FAIRs and eQNs when needed to support shop.
