You will work in a fast-paced setting, follow detailed procedures, and assist colleagues across departments. A high school diploma and prior clerical experience are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures.

Responsibilities

• Copy data books.
• Bookmark scanned files.
• Burn CDs of data books.
• Input scanned data books into secure network drive.
• Purchase supplies for the department.
• Stock all copiers and printers daily with paper.
• Keep QC Library and Copier rooms organized.
• Assist any and all personnel with general clerical requirements.
• Any other duties assigned.
