Job summary

W-Industries is seeking a Director of Quality to lead and unify the Quality Management System across all facilities in the United States. You will establish standardized processes, drive audits and continuous improvement, and oversee NCRs, KPIs, and competency development for Quality teams.

The role requires extensive experience in ISO 9001, QA governance, and cross-functional collaboration with PMO, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site Quality organizations and teams.
• Strong executive leadership, decision-making, and organizational influence.
• Proven experience implementing ISO 9001 and quality governance across facilities.
• Experience managing audits (customer/regulatory) and corrective actions.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI and dashboard expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, govern, and standardize enterprise QMS across all facilities.
• Own NCR processes, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure.
• Develop Quality strategy, roadmaps, and competency programs.
• Oversee internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with PMO, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to mitigate risks.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement through leadership.
• Standardize documentation, calibration, and inspection practices.
• Report Quality KPIs and performance to executive leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline
